Ownership and Licensing
- RL Studio generally retains ownership of the photos.
- The client is typically granted a license to use the photos for a certain purposes or projects, such as marketing or publication.
- The license can include restrictions on how the photos can be used, such as prohibiting the sale or transfer of the license to a third party without the photographer's permission.
- If a third party requests to use the photos, the client must obtain permission from RL Studio first.
- By proceeding with the services provided by RL Studio, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services and before the first payment.
Key Steps of Workflow

Communicate with the client before the photoshoot and identify any specific shooting requirements, such as waiting for a certain time to let sunlight into the space.

A site visit may be required for large or complex projects, and an additional fee will be charged.

Please ensure that the project site is clean and tidy before photography. An additional fee will be charged if extra time is needed to clean up, which may result in fewer photos being provided within the assigned photography period.

It is recommended that the client be on-site to ensure that any specific requirements are met.

Low-resolution images with watermarks will be provided for selection.

Once the photos are selected, RL Studio will grade one of the selected photos to showcase and determine the style of the remaining photos with the client.

High-resolution images of selected photos will be provided after post-production retouching.

One round of feedback will be provided for the images.

An additional variation fee may be charged depending on the complexity of photoshopping required, such as removing all the poles and cables on the street.
Additional Information on Quotation
- Please provide parking near the project
- Additional fee might be charged for project further than 20km away from City of Sydney
- Additional fee might be charged for photography from along peak hours, which needs additional time for traffic.
- Additional cost will be charged for Drone and Helicopter Photography.
